"One could do worse then be a collector of boxes."


I read the essay by Barbara Ascher called, "The Box Man".  It's about how a homeless man views loneliness and so many quotes in the story stood out to me.  Here are a few-

"He let the imagination hold sway."

"The box man knows that loneliness chosen loses its sting and claims no victims."

"True love finds many ways, but no escape from exile."

"We might as well draw the night around us and find solace there and a friends in our own voice."
